The first tentative if not clunky steps of my rehab will begin tomorrow as my cast boot arrived today.
As I said yesterday I've put no time limit on my recovery, for the next two weeks I'll be clunking around like Robocop getting used to the cast boot b4 begining physical therapy and going from there.

WHAT????? Sorry I have not checked in on your blog as of late, only to discover the bad news. So very sorry.
Quick healing to you, I can only imagine your frustration at this time. Hang in there, you will be back
Matt
Thanks Matt,it's amazing that someone I've never met can take the time to leave a message but members of my team who I've tirelessly represented w/out fail for 4 years can't be bothered.
Kevin,
It's funny you should mention that! I actually tried to post a message to you the other day (when I got back from 8 days in Arizona) but for whatever reason it did not take.
I am truly sorry for your injury. Frankly, it sucks. I know how much you wanted to compete this spring and can only imagine what this injury has done to your psyche. Incidentally, my plantar faciitis has taken its toll. I may very well need surgery. The spring and summer thus far have not been good to me...or to you for that matter.
Delvin,
sorry to hear about the planter facitis which is a bastard of an injury.
For me the biggest frustration right now is the fact that as of today I've only been able to run once in five weeks which is driving me insane.
Here's to us both getting healthy and soon
Kevin,
Sorry the rehab is taking so long. You must be going stir crazy. Tried to call you once since we last spoke and again tonight but your machine is not picking up. Am packing up tonight and flying out to WI with Scott tomorrow. We'll call you from there. Won't be the same without you. Keep the faith.
Chuck
